Red Hat Academy Launch: NIBM Partners with Cybergate Services for Global Certification Programs
The School of Computing and Engineering at NIBM, through its Certification NIBM Certification Hub, has officially launched the Red Hat Academy to offer globally recognized certifications. This strategic initiative is designed to empower learners by providing them with direct access to Red Hat's internationally acclaimed certification pathways, enhancing their skills and global employability.
The NIBM Certification Hub will serve as the platform where students can enroll, train, and certify their expertise with Red Hat, paving the way for industry-aligned career advancement. The launch will be graced by key representatives from Cybergate Services (Pvt) Ltd, including Mr. Amith Dissanayake – Director, Mr. Hasantha Wickramanayake – Chief Operating Officer, Mr. George Raymond – Chief Growth Officer, and Mr. Chehan Kasun – Operations Manager and Red Hat Exam Coordinator.
Strengthening the Partnership: Oracle Academy Visits NIBM's School of Computing and Engineering
Oracle Academy representatives visited the School of Computing and Engineering at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in Sri Lanka. The visit, which was a massive success in establishing the collaboration between NIBM and Oracle Academy, was led by Program Manager Neema MM and Mrs. Anuradha Sharma, Head of Oracle Academy.
Mrs. Gangani Wicramasinghe, Director of the School of Computing and Engineering, and Dr. Thisara Weerasinghe, Head of Computer Science, participated in the discussions during the visit. The meetings aimed at enhancing the academic and professional environment at NIBM through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
