About this programme

The Applied Professional Certificate in Web Development is a 100-hour, hands-on programme that takes learners from foundational web concepts to building interactive, responsive, JavaScript-driven web applications. The curriculum is deliberately mapped to the four OpenEDG JS Institute certifications that define the industry-recognized web development pathway, so that programme graduates leave not only with practical project experience but with direct, structured preparation for external, vendor-neutral certification exams. The programme is organized as two integrated tracks delivered in sequence: a Front-End Markup & Styling track (aligned to WDE™ and WDA™) and a Programming track (aligned to JSE™ and JSA™).
